3. E-mail scan of application and qualification documents to tradesales@kouboo.com or send by fax to 949-415-7135

Qualifications

• Valid membership to a major design organization (e.g. ASID, IIDA, AIA, CID, NKBA, APLD, ASLA, ASP, HSR, IRIS, IRN etc.)
• Business card indicating your design profession
• CA Resale Certificate: Signed resale certificate is required for California ship-to addresses in case sales tax exemption is sought. The certificate is available on our site in the footer link "Business/Trade Sales"
